Over 250 professionals from diverse academic backgrounds work at the Instituto de Biomecánica de Valencia in interdisciplinary units. The organisation chart is structured over five functional areas strategically oriented to market activities.

IBV’s headquarters are located in the Polytechnic City of Innovation, a science park that concentrates the best research initiatives of the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV). The 6,000 m2 building is a very versatile venue with a large double-height area for laboratories and testing areas and is equipped with advanced communication technology.
