In the framework of the ERASMUS + Project Train4HCWork, three focus groups in three different countries and one on-line survey will be carried out, in order to get the vocational training requirements (knowledge, skills and competences) across Europe.
The focus group organized by INSTITUTO DE BIOMECÁNICA (IBV) at Valencia, on 13th December, considered the requirements about the application of human-centred knowledge to the design of workplaces, work equipment and tools and about design requirements included in related standards.
UNIVERSITE GRENOBLE ALPES (UGA) completed two focus groups on 6th December and on 12th December. They focused on the methodology of the course. And TECHNISCHE UNIVERSITÄT DARMSTADT (TUD) will consider the training requirements related to the integration of productivity and human-centred manufacturing in the focus group foreseen for 13th December.
Based on the information provided by the three focus groups, IBV, IAD and FEDERATION OF EUROPEAN ERGONOMICS SOCIETIES (FEES) will elaborate a questionnaire that will be included in an open-source online survey platform to get the opinion of different professionals around Europe.
Finally, IBV, IAD and UGA will carry out the analysis of information obtained both in focus groups and on the online survey (including SWOT analysis, priorisation of requirements, differences among potential end-users, etc.), to obtain the final training requirements for the online course to be developed in the project.
