Objetivos

Contrary to the prevailing view that synthetic turf pitches do not need any maintenance, it has been proved that regular maintenance is crucial for the performance of the pitch.



The objective of the project is to promote the excellence in maintenance of turf sport infrastructures, with a special focus on football turf fields but that can easily be transferred to other turf fields based sports.

TELETURF project develops an open access online course in collaboration with several actors including industry, research centres, municipalities and private and public sport organizations of four different countries (Spain, France, Belgium and Netherlands). The targeted group will include professionals from private and public sector dealing with management and maintenance of sport installation, entrepreneurship and unemployed looking for new job opportunities, operators of sport installation, voluntary personnel involved in sport clubs, garden operators, etc.
